The grapes for this wine were whole bunch pressed and gently squeezed to extract the finest quality juice without colour. Fermented with natural yeast in used French oak barrels, it reveals complex aromas of lemon meringue, nougat, dried apricots, honeycomb toffee, and custard square. The palate is rich and creamy, with a seductive mineral thread and balanced acidity leading to a long, dynamic finish​
